    I was selling a watch to this company. I printed the label and mailed it in. I tried numerous times to get in touch with someone concerning the watch because it had been a week and was supposed to take 3 days. I was never able to speak with anyone. The guy that answered the phone said "find your order number and call back." I called back and got a full answering machine. I emailed the company several times. I found a package bbn on my porch a week later. The watch was there, but it was broken. When I called the company to find out what could be done, I was told "nothing." Really, nothing can be done?

    Stay away from these *****. They are frauds and scammers. I had discrimination issues with them in the past and they take things personal and treat customers with disrespect and prejudice. I figure id give them another chance as I have two ******* for sale and I was quoted a price for bot on their site. I paid money to print out these shipping labels and packing slips. They people email me saying, sell them to someone else. That is fraud, discrimination, and disrespectful and terrible business. On top of that, they do not list a reason for it! They have a lot of hate, anger, and prejudice and do not do business with www.klymen.com and stay far away from them. On top of they, they low ball you with their offers and prey on people.

    Klymen offered me $440 took my ***** Watch and never responded or sent me my money! Great to know I’m now without an ***** Watch and extra funds that I was originally promised. I feel like this has to be illegal and I’m not sure how to even get my watch back.

    This statement is inaccurate. A customer made an attempt to deceive us by sending an ***** Watch Series 4, which we did not purchase, claiming it was an ***** Watch Ultra. The ***** Watch is locked with an ****** account. We have forwarded this ***** Watch to the local police office and have also informed the customer about this action.

    I have used Klymen multiple times and they are the best. They offer the most money for cell phones I sell and have always given me what they said they would give me.
