    My kids love the park and we have been going there for years.
    Recently we bought some discounted tickets and we went to go use them but the park was closed for 6 weeks of renovation. They just recently opened again but the tickets expired during the renovation. We had no idea they would be closed and had full intention the tickets before the expiration date. We explained the above and the staff was inflexible and we were very disappointed that they were unwilling to honor the tickets. Luckily we had other tickets we previously purchased that were not expired and used those today to enjoy the jump park.
    Also, their sock policy is a quite silly. I had safety sock from *** **** that I have been using for years that are amazing and one of the staff pulled me aside and let me know that only Altitude branded safety socks were allowed. Thankfully he handed me a free pair to wear. The fit was good but unfortunately the quality of the sock was horrible. I had one sock fly off like 3 times while I was there and one of the socks ended up with a hole in it before our hour of jumping was over. So if/when we go back it looks likely that I will have to buy a new pair. I will try and use my *** **** socks first just because I feel like they are that much better.
    This jump park is by far the closest to our home and my kids love going there but we have been very unhappy with this recent experience. So much so that we may consider traveling out to the new jump park in Greece instead as our regular jump park of choice.
