      We have four vending Machines in our lobby. They are hardly ever working correctly and when the machine takes your card and doesn't give the merchandise trying to contact someone either locally or thru a 888 number doesn't get you anywhere. I made an attempt to call today and get a refund and was immediately asked for my name and address and a telephone number, I was then asked to give a card number so that my refund can be put on the card only to be told that my card had expired which it was not expired but it as a **** *** card with only a few dollars on it. I believe that this was an attempt to get my correct banking and address information so that I could be further *******. We are civil servants *** **** ** * ****!!! Please help us!!

      I have tried to contact the BBB with no luck to respond to this complaint. We do not ask for all of the clients card information, but we do need a portion of the card number to properly refund the transaction.  All of our processes are reviewed and are PCI compliant.  We do not save or collect any information that would allow our representatives to utilize client information for mare than processing refunds.  To avoid mailing cash, we try our best to refund client credit cards or pay refunds through ***** or ****** (both secure payment applications). We offer many different ways to contact us, including our website form, email, text message, QR code, and phone.  If anyone has any issues with contact, we welcome that feedback so that we can continue to improve our processes. I would be happy to discuss this issue further and ensure this customer is satisfied with the end result of their experience.
