      I have had the displeasure of being assigned an incompetent team to deal with our social media advertising. We could have created better ad images in Paint or ********* Word. Not only were the images subpar for the price we were paying but I am glad we asked to see everything prior to posting because they listed the wrong address several times and needed to be corrected. The final straw was in November, we requested a refund of the remaining agreement. We were told they would fix all of the issues we had from miscommunication, bad timing, inadequate ad images and incorrect information among other things within a month. If it didn't change then we could discuss a refund. One month goes by, we had to reach out to even receive the images for reviewing because once again, the timeframe was not met. One of the images we received still had the wrong address and a worse background. Another image that was supposed to consist of customer testimonials, was for a location that was not associated with our business at all, that was located halfway across the country. This company has access to our Google listings so the fact that they could not even take actual customer reviews to use is extremely frustrating and inconceivable. Not only were they not for our business but they were also not for services we offer. After everything we dealt with, they are now trying to offer us a piddly refund for receiving close to nothing for what we paid. And they hope that we renew a portion of the contract they are trying to force us to keep. We no longer wish to continue any relationship with that portion of their company. They are delusional if they think we will renew anything, I am currently still trying to get them to cancel the agreement in its entirety due to the frustrations and incompetence we have had to deal with.
