      Installation scheduled for Monday 1/9. We were told they would be here at 8:30 AM with the job expected to be done in one day. At 10:30 (after a phone call) installer showed up and said materials would be delivered but no install until 1/10. All materials were left outside in winter weather. He also said it Would be a one day job starting at 7:30. At 2:30 AM on 1/10 installer texted saying he would be there at 10:30 AM and NOT TO PANIC. He called prior to 10:30 AM on 1/10 saying he would not be installing that day. Asked to come on 1/11. On 1/10 the boss showed up looking for the installer who was supposed to be there. That installer was fired, two installers came 1/11. They let us know it was never a one day job. It would be three days before we could use our shower. We have one bathroom. Installers did a good job, but the boss came back to tell us 1/12 that they ordered the wrong shower doors. I called the service manager, who agreed to give us a $500 discount due to the trouble and that it would be three weeks before a door came in.
      On 1/13 we got a call from wonder windows saying they found us a door. They came 1/17 to install the door. At that time the molding for the edge of the shower door was cut too short. They said they would call us back by the end of the week to come out and fix it. We had to follow up with them a week later to get someone to follow up with us. They came on 1/25 and replaced the molding. The new molding has a big scratch on it. I’ve sent a text with a photo asking for resolution. I’m done following up. This entire process has been a nightmare. What we were told would be a one maybe two day job from the sales man turned into a three week ordeal. We’ve missed time off work and had to make numerous phone calls for resolution. Everyone has been nice about it - but the number of mistakes is unacceptable. I can’t spend anymore time being the one to follow up.

      Yes there were some challenges with this project, I believe we are there today handling the final part for the door defect. We have tried to be as timely as possible with this homeowner. We did give a $596 credit for all of the challenges. Our goal is for this to be completed as well. Let me know if you need anything more from me.
