    Ive had many issues with this company but I will address the two most recent. A few months back Thompson Sanitation who is my garbage removal company, did not show up for over two weeks. I called and addressed the issue and they apologized and said they would send someone to pick up. The day they picked up the garbage I went to retrieve my can and found that the entire wheel base had been broken off. (Which would require quite a bit of force to happen.). I have no proof it was intentional but the timing is very coincidental. I called and asked if they can replace it they said they do not supply cans to my area and I need to purchase a new one. (Might I add that my can has THEIR company ENGRAVED into it and was here upon moving in four years ago. They must have supplied it at some time and was extremely rude when I tried explaining this.) more recently, on 8/24 at 2:55 am, I saw on my camera that they broke the door of my garbage can housing unit that I spent money and time building to prevent the bear from getting into the garbage. They then tossed my garbage can back into the middle of the street since they could not figure out the door after breaking it. I called to address the issue and was told I couldnt speak to somebody because they were busy doing billing. (This was the customer service line by the way.) Funny how they can do billing instead of addressing the issues of the customers paying the very bill they are writing up. I have not received a call back and do not expect to based on the rudeness of the gentleman on the phone. Left a review on ****** and saw that out of 40 reviews they have a two star average. I contacted a few of the people who left reviews and found they have encountered the same issues over and over as I have. A pattern of charging people for garbage pick up and not coming for days and weeks on end. And when they do they make a mess and break private property. This needs to be address this business needs to be looked into ASAP.

    The garbage can cost about 175 dollars at *********** My landlord actually pays for the garbage services so I do not know how much he pays per pick up but they miss it quite often and they have it on their phone records me calling to address the issue. Its not just customer service its about failure to provide paid for services.
