    My experience with Molloy's graduate certificate program began fine, but took an unexpected turn. Without any notice, my tuition bill for the upcoming semester increased by a staggering 45%. This substantial hike included a 16% rise in base tuition, but I was also hit by the addition of two new "course fees" at $265 per course.Most concerning was the retroactive application of these fees to the previous semester, for which I had already paid in full. This practice felt both unprofessional and ethically questionable.The lack of transparency regarding these significant financial changes was deeply disappointing. When I approached the bursar's office for clarification and potential solutions, I found them unaccommodating and inflexible.
