      My daughter have an half an hour drum class every Saturday at 2 pm with ************ When I had to cancel a class I would call the school and rearrange a make up class that usually take place with the same instructor for an extra half an hour instead of the canceled class so instead of 2 to 230 it would be 2 to 3 oclock for the last couple of months I tried to schedule make up classes that end up worth of a full month (4 classes)And I always end up with a feed back of unfortunately ***** has a student before or after when I called and explained that the make up the school offered and by my daughter instruction is sept 23 3 months from today date I got again unfortunate .So I called and talk to **** and had to withdraw from the school ********** manager called me to ask for my withdraws I explained but no help On Saturday April 8 I went with my daughter to class and spoke to the receptionist she told me I can wait an half an hour and then get a make up at 3 and 330 I said great when she called **** to confirmed again unfortunately we dont do make up the same day This is really unprofessional since I got to schedule a make up for the same day Teachers in this schools are great but administration not so much
