    Scott put a new window casing and a new blind in the window  and it was to short did not fit, I called them and he came and took that blind down put my old on back up and I ask them for my $200.00 back and he had????? me a refund check would be in the mail. I never got the refund check and then I ask Scott if planned on finishing the window casing and all I heard is when I get time so I finally asked them for a refund and he never replied to me and never came  and finish up the Job.  I payed them $300.00 for a window casing and $200.00 for a bling total of $500.00  I have called Scott several times and never returns calls.

    BBB spoke with the owner who explained that the work was done over a year ago and a refund is no longer reasonable. The owner also noted that he did much free work over time, and will no longer offer any refund on work done over a year ago. He noted that he changed the window out twice for the consumer.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
    Rec'd call from the consumer stating that the business never finished the job and he left the window sill a mess.  She would like a refund of $200.
