Hired Copper City Tech Electrical Services
    To wit: David H****
Overall evaluation: Incompetent, unreliable. Enough knowledge to be dangerous!
Paid him a total of $5500.00 to:
Replace/upgrade: * Service panel, including breaker, * Entrance wire and entrance hardware,
    * Aluminum wire to range with copper wire. * Meter enclosure with outside main breaker and additional breaker for solar panel install, * Replace external generator wire with external connector.
Was also to keep identified circuits on new breakers.
He was also asked to install an ******* monitoring system in the new service panel.
Should comply with National Electrical Code.
He originally came and inspected the wiring and service panel and gave me the quote
the next day. I gave him approval to begin and gave him $3000.00 as down payment.
(Assumption was for materials and to begin job)
First day of work he was late, second day he was late again. Every day that he came, he was late. I could not predict when he would come or not. Would not return calls when he was a no-show for a day. In all, it was two and half weeks before he was mostly complete.
Never called an inspector, now I know why. (See partial list below)
    1. Didn’t replace all breakers. Used ********** in ** Box.
    2. Didn't use a torque wrench for any connections.
    3. Didn't rerun wires into conduit when reqd.
    4. Wire cable clamp connectors were loose/facing wrong dir.
    5. External ground connection done wrong. (Failed ***** Inspection)
    6. Didn't weather-seal entrance wire causing water to run down into the meter enclosure!
    7. Didn't use proper splicing connectors for entrance
    8. Didn't identify circuits on breakers (was asked)
    9. Didn't use conduit for external wire to generator.
    10. Didn't affix any wires properly (including entrance)
    11. Removed red-tape from phased wire to subpanel.
    12. Didn't clean up any day. (left awful mess)
    13. Didn't install ******* system.
    14. Wanted pymt when almost done. Never saw again!
