    I have used A.O. Kay twice and both times I was extremely happy with not only the service and reliability of Jim and his crew, but the sheer knowledge they had. I felt super comfortable knowing that I was in great hands.
    First, I hired the team to put new gutters on my elderly father’s home. He greeted my dad with professionalism and not once he did he try to “upsell” him on something he didn’t need. He showed up when he was supposed to, completed the job on time, and the service was outstanding.
    Second, I hired the team to do snow removal on my own home after we got belted with severe weather. Not only did Jim show up same day, because I was so nervous about a leak, but he removed the snow down to the shingles and explained to me how we would handle any ice dams.
    You can 100% tell that Jim and his team at A.O. Kay totally go out of their way to please their customers!
