Steve Woods took over three thousand dollars from us for gutters, Stalled us for months then agreed to a payment plan to return our money and now has blocked us via phone and email. He has returned none of our money. We have receipts from the payments and copies of all the text messages.

My wife and I hired Steve Woods of Woods Seamless Rain Gutters to replace all of the gutters along our house in September of 2022 (I've attached receipts from Steve Woods). On January 30th of this year, we found water damage on our sunroom floor which was caused by the gutter against the sunroom being sealed improperly (see attached photos). That night I called Steve to let him know and ask if he would come repair the faulty sealed gutter. He said he would come out that weekend to come fix it and I asked him for his insurance policy info to file a claim. I have a recording of that phone conversation, but I am unable to upload it here. After days of asking for his insurance policy info, he eventually blocked me (see phone conversations attached). We do not think that he ever had insurance when he did the job after telling us that he is fully insured as well as his website stating he is fully insured (see screenshot of his site attached). He also never showed up when he said he would. Due to this, we had a separate gutter company come out to take a look and they informed us that it was some of the worst gutter work they had ever seen and that we need to replace all of the work Steve had done. At this point we are looking to get refunded for the faulty work Steve did and he has blocked us and we do not have his insurance policy info.

BBB spoke to Steve at the business and the following was relayed: The gutter was done last year and at the time I walked around the job with the customer and he was happy. At this time, I would be willing to return and repair the issue or refund the customer 50 % for the issues. Either option would hopefully be available in a month or so when I am able.
