      On Jan 24, 2023 I had my car brought to Premo's auto via tow truck. The car was diagnoses with engine failure and an engine was ordered on Feb 1, per my request, arriving on the 7th for replacement. As of the current date (Feb 17). Repairs are not complete. I have been given an estimate of "tomorrow" for the past 5 days, after being told "two days from when I receive the engine), when pressed for a promise that things would be done by today I was greeted with the response "I'm not God I can't make guarantees." Premo's has never once called me for a status update. I have had to call them or show up in person to get an update.

      Response taken by phone:   She ran the car with no oil and blew the motor.   I had advised the customer that we were understaffed and did not give her a specific date it would be completed.   She seemed to be in agreement.  I never told her we would be responsible for a loner.  The engine has since been replaced.

      Better Business Bureau: 

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this matter was resolved. However, the business owner was misleading in his response to the BBB. There were multiple instances of "tomorrow" which is a deadline/date. There were also multiple instances of the agreed upon time being an other hour. That is not an acceptable way to conduct business.
