      I ordered a ********** screen printed bbq propane tank cover on 7/11/23 -order# ******. The picture and description on website is included in the pictures I uploaded. I was sent a plain black tank cover without a ********** screen print . This is a cheap cover that can be purchased anywhere for $9.00. The company will not replace my cover with the one they advertise on their website. I want the cover that is advertised on their website or my money back. I will gladly ship this cheap cover back to the company at the their expense, not mine, as they falsely advertised what they are selling.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

      On 7/11/2023 we received the order 181205 for the costumer **** ******* . We delivered the right order to the costumer ( we have all proofs into our warehouse ) . Costumer spoke on the phone with us and say to us that, waited some different and better product. We explained to him on the phone that what he ordered we deliver to his shipping address . But if he is not happy , need to to return it and we will refund his money after receiving the product. By our policy the return shipping is by the costumer . He decided on the phone to return it . Next day he dispute this transaction with his bank cardholder and he took back the money . After that we spoke on the phone with the costumer and we explained that, if the costumer do not return the product, must to be ready for legal action, because is not legal to hold the product and the money . After received back the money must to return the product. And we we was send a demand letter by Oneida County -Commercial Small Claim rules .  He still hold the product and the money . We have to file a legal action.
