    •8/2021 I dropped off my wedding dress to Penny at Sew Possible to make a baptism gown for my daughter & some hankies for my son for their future wedding day. •11/2021, I picked up the baptism gown & told her I didn’t need the hankies right away. •2/2022 I asked if I could come pick up my dress & I would bring it back when I needed hankies. I truly didn’t want to forget that it was there. (Yes, I understood that it wouldn’t be intact because she used it to make another dress) - my message was read & unanswered. •8/2022, I asked again if I could come pick up my dress - she responded saying she didn’t know what I meant by dress & all she had was scraps left. I proceeded to ask for the scraps she had, if she still had them. Then she responded with “wow once again i used almost every usable piece in the dress and i saved some for the hankies i dont think you understand how much it actually takes to make that type of dress when your remaking it out of something that is older and deteriorating i will check when i get home and see what is left in the bag.” I thanked her & told her I was very pleased with my daughter’s baptism gown and I was (still am). It is perfect & everything I imagined. This has nothing to do with quality. 4/1/23 - 8 months later I reached out again, asking if she had it. Read & unanswered. 4/11/23 - messaged again, read & unanswered. 4/12/23 - realized I was getting no where so I called her. When I explained who I was she was rude & short with me. I explained all I wanted was the scraps of the dress. I didn’t even expect the hankies together at this point. She said she’d throw a few stitches in them & let me know. 11/2/23 - messaged her regarding these again and both messages were read and unanswered. I am completely heartbroken. I gave something so special, irreplaceable and meaningful with full trust that I’d receive what I was asking for. We are now over 2 years into it and I’m not even receiving messages back.
