    On August 1, I placed an order with this company for a Plainclothes Concealed Carry Vest, Khaki colored, size XL. I used my credit card, and they charged me $102.94, for my order. The order number was ******. Two days later (August 3), I received an email from a customer service representative of the company, named *************************, stating that the vest I ordered was not in stock and the company would be issuing me a complete refund. On Friday, August 12, because I had not yet received the credit back to my credit card, I called the company twice and spoke with someone in customer service and again with someone in their credit department. Each of these people seemed to want to get off the phone with me quickly, like they were uncomfortable dealing with me. I was told that they will "look into it." I still have not received a refund to my credit card for the amount of the purchase which I was led to believe I will not receive due to their lack of inventory.
