      I sent this company some coins that have an estimated/ book value of $46,000 to inspect and see if we could come to an agreement for them to buy the coins from me. They stated if we couldn't agree on a price they would be sent back to me. We have not agreed on a price and they refuse to send the back to me. I shipped to them on June 10th.

      ON 3/18/2024 I ORDERED AN ****** ****** SILVER DOLLAR MS 60+ FOR $1,500.00 AND AN ****** ****** SILVER DOLLAR 7/6 STAR MS 63. I ORDERED THEM FROM *********************** ************ AND ********************* ************. I PAID BY CREDIT CARD. THEY SENT ME A LOW-GRADE CLEANED ****** *********************** DOLLAR BUT NO ************* SILVER DOLLARON 3/18/2024 I ORDERED AN ****** ****** SILVER DOLLAR MS 60+ FOR $1,500.00 AND AN ****** ****** SILVER DOLLAR 7/6 STAR MS 63 FOR $1,750.00. I ORDERED THEM FROM *********************** ************ AND ********************* ************. I PAID BY CREDIT CARD, $3,250.00. THEY SENT ME A LOW-GRADE CLEANED ****** *********************** DOLLAR ONLY WORTH A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS A BEST. BUT NO ************* SILVER DOLLAR. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THAT THE MISSING COIN IS BEING SENT FROM THE MAIN OFFICE. THEY NEVER SENT ME THAT COIN. I TOLD THEM TO TAKE BACK THE CLEANED COIN AND RETURN ALL OF THE MONEY THAT I PAID TO MY CREDIT CARD BUT THEY REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY. I CALLED THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY FILE A COMPLAINT AND THEY ASKED THE COMPANY TO RESOLVE IT. THEY COMPANYLIED AND SAID IT WAS RESOLVED BUT IT WASNT. THE COMPANY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD SEND ME A **** OF SILVER EAGLES WITH A CERTIFICATE AND GRADES OF BRILLIANT UNCERCULATED. THEY WOULD ALSO SEND ME A CHECK FOR $500.0 AND THEN WE WOULD BE EVEN. THEY SENT ME THE **** OF COINS WITH NO CERTIFICATE AND THEY NEVER SENT ME ANY CHECK. NOW WHEN I CALL THEM THEY ALWAYS SAY TO LEAVE A MESSAGE, AND I DO, BUT THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK.

      ****************** did return the ****** silver dollars and Certified coin advisors replaced the coins with American Silver eagle complete and we also agreed to give him a check for $500. Since he made this complete Certified coin advisors was in communication with ****************** immediately and we sent him his $500 check. He agreed to contact the Better Business Bureau to withdraw his complete which the client has informed the company that he has done so already.
