    **** Favale was recommended by neighbors, On 08/31/23 to repair our central air system that needed to be fixed. The issue we were having was our condenser was short cycling, which means it was turning on and off within seconds and not cooling the house. **** was called and arrived and advised us that we needed a new air handler, and quoted us $2500 to replace it. We signed his quoted contract (attached) and paid him $1,250 deposit via check (attached) and he replaced the air handler the next day. After he replaced it we paid him the remaining $1,250 also via check ( attached) The new system worked ok for about 3 weeks and then the condenser started short cycling again, which was the original issue we had. I texted **** to address the issue and after many failed attempts of him ignoring me and or not showing up for apportionments, we contacted a new company to fix The issue due to the fact that we needed air conditioning. The new company looked at our system and advised us that they would not do the work because the air handler was not the correct size and that there was multiple problems from ***** work. I once again tried to get in touch with **** and FINALLY did. He said he will replace the air handler AGAIN and with the right size one. After he replaced it with the proper size, we STILL had the issue of short cycling which was the original issue from the start. I tried to contact **** AGAIN with multiple attempts and all were unsuccessful. It appears as if his phone was disconnected. I now had to hire another company to do the work and fix his problems which cost me another $1700. I want him to pay the $1700 that it cost me to have his terrible work fixed.
