    ******* Milano was provided as a contractor for ************************* **** first contacted me around April 9, 2024. For property damage probably totaling over $30,000 on a snow storm. **** showed up around April 10th didnt really look at damages to the tiny house and saw all the tree damage. **** spent maybe 20 minutes at my property. A couple of days went by and **** wanted me to send him pictures of the damage house along with going inside to get pictures. My concern was how safe was the house to be in?? **** never told me. Another couple of weeks and **** called back for the measurements of the house and more pictures. I was getting very upset because **** should have done this himself! I had piles of brush and trees everywhere and no help. Finally **** told me he was going to hire ***********************- ******* excavation and tree service to do the work. I NEVER saw any paperwork, estimate Nothing. *********************** put on the estimate he sent it to me on 5/3/24. I never saw this estimate. *********************** came to my house to do the work. *********************** was told DO NOT TAKE THE HARDWOOD multiple times, by myself and my partner o 20+ years. *********************** said Rich Milano told him to take all trees. Rich Milano never asked me the landowner if this was ok. NOTHING! This has caused a Huge problem for me. I want copies of all paperwork and payments that were made to ***********************. Liberty Mutual never received copy on my claim either. I want reimbursement of all lost hardwood, plus my time and now lawyer fees. This has caused me to lose work and it has damaged my reputation. I had given *********************** a check for $1000 previously and if **** received $4200. He was overpaid for his work!
