    Had them come out to my house
    To fix my sub zero refrigerator that no longer was sealing shut. I have never had any issues with any company that ** ********* has sent out to me. I have taken care of them very well after the job has been completed. ** ******** said they were told no problems found? Yet they left my house saying we will get you a new door and the report will say that the door is warped.
    Since it’s no longer sealing fully shut.
    I call east end and speak with a receptionist and ask what’s going on but we got disconnected. I call back and they have some guy answer who was completely rude and having a power trip, saying “ what do you want, we don’t want to deal with you, will tell ** ******** … I’m like I don’t understand I wasn’t rude I wasn’t cursing or yelling at him and he would not give me any reason why they are saying no problems found - he continued to be sarcastic rude with his comments And hung up on me - I called him back and the coward wimpy answer- I left him a message basically ripping him apart how poor of a business they are if they can’t have enough respect for a customer to say what they or I did wrong to be treated so rudely and hung up on.
    There’s obviously no “ the customer is always right “ I have no problem if they don’t want to deal with me but handle it respectfully and just tell me what’s going on done I NEVER had a issues any company before -
    But this guy wanted to have a power trip I guess in front of his girls there so I hope he enjoyed my message cause they are working for a pathetic coward of a man.
    I have had them come and fix my **** ovens before and they are still not working correctly but I can deal with it instead of complaining to them that they did fix it like I should have - and now to say no problem found on my sub zero door which is sticking out all of a sudden and doesnt compress shut like the freezer is just ridiculous and the guy don’t k is *** he’s talking about - the next company came right And agreed !
