    So I bought 2 pairs Of Top and Bottom PJ's With my Girlfriend picture,as well as My picture on them.. Spent $151..I got Nervous after a week because Yes Custom has Poor communication Skills..I kept asking for a Update on my purchase Via Email,They took a while to respond! Got even more nervous because ...I didn't Know the items were being shipped from ***** So it took a While to toch down.. I have to say I'm really pleased With the Quality of the Material and The Pictures on both Pjs are Perfect!I am totally happy with my Order! To Yes Custom,Pls Communicate Better With Your Customers! Thanks **************

    Never received my order and they refuse to refund my money or send me a replacement. The tracking number they gave me via email showed it was still in transit so when I contacted their customer service for a refund bc it was clearly lost in the mail, they say on their end it shows delivered and since its been so long, they cant refund my money or send me a replacement. I told them I have security cameras that show it was not delivered on the day they say it was. They told me to take it up with the post office. ***************

    I ordered before I read the reviews and I was worried I made a huge mistake. I ordered two golf shirts as gag gifts to the tune of ***** US the shirts came today and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Obviously the shirts arent top of the line quality but they are prefect for the two guys and the face printing on them was also great. I did order a size larger than what the boys wear and am glad I did as they are a bit on the smaller size. Overall I definitely will order again. My order also came in a timely manner

    Have not received my order and contacted customer service who states my "order was lost" after reading some of the other reviews I now fear that I will never receive my order and will have to fight for a refund. :(

    I'm feel I'm being scammed right now as we speak. A simple transaction has turned into a nitemare. I have no product but the money was already taken out of my bank. Nine emails so far and the issue still is not resolved. I was asked to resubmit anorher photo but I had to re-enter my debit card with a fake number???? I'm worried about my bank account. Wish me luck.

    Ordered a sweatshirt that never came after 2 months I emailed them. They stated it was a faulty address even though I know my address was correct. They stated I could reorder and pay for half of another sweatshirt to share responsibility. I said no I just want a refund of the $47 I paid. They stated again because of the address issue they would only offer me $20 back again blaming me for a wrong address.

    I ordered 2 Christmas sweaters ($88.25) on 12/6/2022..after 4 emails to ****** and 3 instagram chats with someone else from the company, I was told your order is being expedited...and yet it's still in production.. the sweaters are Christmas gifts. Their website stated to wait 5-7 business days before reaching out, which I did, but no other response has been made to me about my order.Still waiting for a response/update.Its been long enough my order should've been shipped and making to my shipping address prior to Christmas Day??

    Purchased a pair of custom pajamas on Novermer 3. I still have not received them as of December 18. I asked for a refund but they either will not or cannot issue me a refund of the $70.00 purchase price. In my opinion this is not a reputable company to do business with.

    Character of an organization, as with individuals, is never truly defined until it is put to the test. It is easy for a company to offer world class customer service, only to show its true character when a customer contacts them with an issue, suddenly to find themselves in a maze of rules and red tape.Not so with Yes Custom, and with ****** in particular. I have purchased numerous shirts from Yes Custom. I love their quality and craftmanship. Strangers approach me and tell me What a great shirt. Where did you get it? I even had people ask me if they could take pictures of the shirt.Until recently I never had a reason to return a custom-made shirt. The print on the shirt I received was too blurry. I did not attribute it to the workmanship of the shirt, but to my own design, which I believe was too busy to transfer to a shirt.I contacted Yes Custom for a refund or exchange and ****** (yes, an actual person, not a general email or automated reply) wrote me back in less than 24 hours. Instead of just going through the motion of processing my request, ****** suggested ideas on how I could get the designed I wanted to look good. Over the next couple of days, we exchanged different styles of the image I wanted on the shirt. ****** would send me back previews of the actual shirt with how it would look with the different designs. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. It really felt like I had a partner who had as much interest in creating this particular shirt as I did.Ladies and Gentlemen that is Character. That is World Class customer service, and why I will ALWAYS and ONLY buy my custom-made shirts from Yes Custom.As consumers we can be quick to complain and slow to recognize. ******, I wanted to recognize you for helping me resolve my concerns. You truly deserve it.
