    I ordered a product and did priority shipping 2-9day. After 3 weeks and the purpose for the custom order has passed they refused to cancel or refund me for the purchase.. **************** was no help. Would NOT recommend purchasing anything from my photo socks.com

    "Myphotosocks" is an awful company and it is the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. I ordered photo socks for my husband for a *********** day gift . I paid expedited shipping to be able to get this before valentine' **** I eventually got it 10 days after valentines **** The product is absolute trash, my picture on the socks were so dark , with a horrible looking hair cut from photography . I am embarrassed to give this as a gift. It is a total waste of money . I wish I had read the reviews first before purchasing. This 99% 1 star rating company should have be shut down.

    Mad at myself for not checking the reviews first! Its been two weeks since I placed my order and Im guessing it will not be arriving in time for my daughters birthday. Its such a sad shame that these individuals resort to scamming people out of their hard earned money in order to fund their own lifestyles. They were super speedy in taking my money that is for sure! Sadly small entrepreneurs are not going to be able to make it for very much longer because people like me can only trust large reputable companies that *** be overpriced but at least actually provide ** the products we PAY FOR. Im calling my bank now.

    I ordered a present for a family member and its been over a month and i still have not received what i purchased. Its not right that this company received almost ****** USD and i have received nothing. They send you uniform messages when you email them and you can not speak to anyone in via phone. This is not fair to hard working people that just wanted to do something nice for themselves or their family.

    I ordered two products as Xmas gifts on 12/08. According to their **** business day delivery claim they shouldve arrived no later than 2 weeks ago. Still not here. Do not do business with this company!

    Absolutely awful! I paid for quicker processing but it's been months with no product. Finally I asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me one. Please ********************** here!

    “Myphoto socks” was horrible. They sent me the wrong blanket- no idea who the people were on the blanket. 3 sets of socks were all done incorrectly. We communicated via email, no option to talk in person. They offered full refund for the incorrect blanket (!) but not for the socks. I finally got ******** ******* involved and finally got my refund in full. I strongly suggest you avoid this company.

    “We are sorry for all the inconvenience caused by the order and we have received the comment on us. Please rest assured that we have been shared it with our team and we will improve our service asap.
    We'd like to refund you $30 more. and could you please erase the comment from us?

    I did not accept the $30 as I believe people need to know this is a company you should avoid.
