  I spent 20k with this company and first thing bought was water heater, when I wanted a tune up. The pump went a few weeks later. They said i need a new tank because there sludge in the bottom of tank. I paid 5800 for hot water heater. Then I ********** furnace two years ago and *********** told me it was not fit for house and the soot in the system mean the system is destroyed. They dont clean systems out. So they told me get becket engine for the ********** furnace 2900. Couple months later I get my taxes and I bought a new furnace and central air ****** and took 1000 off because I just bought the becket engine . They hose leading to outside in my wash room you can see outside . They original spray foam to seal the hole but i see out side. So i bought foam and sealed it. They also broke a pipe they repair it they drilled into my original vents several times air escaping through basement and wash room. Ventilation was not line up they taped it up. Still air is escaping l. Oil tank was installed 4190, they were late and arrived at 3 my brother saw that the worker had put water in my tank because he was distracted. They came Monday to argue with me saying theres no water in the tank when should tested from the start. They told office they already check no water in the tank. They came today with the test and am a women in the yard with them . He threw a large wrench on the ground a intimidation. Because he feel threatened by me, it no water in it. But how they handled the situation was unprofessional and hostile. I was alone in my backyard with these people.

  Burner King has no business installing pool heaters. $12,000 invested last summer. Worked great for a. Month or so before closing the pool. Opened early in May to enjoy the pool longer...doesn't work. They cant figure out why so now they're blaming the gas lines( it worked last season) and pseg. They say a new gas line is $5000 but no guarantee.... ***!!!! Contacting ****** the manufacturer to let them know who is installing their products ????

  Burner King deserves less than 1 star. They COMPLETELY ripped me off. They charged me $970 for parts that cost about $150. They took advantage of me in a desperate situation of needing heat on a cold winter day. After i paid in full and they installed the parts they told me that "it should last for a few days" and that I would need a new $11k unit. The guy tried to sell me on financing a new unit. This company should be investigated for fraudulently overcharging customers.

  ZERO STARS - worst vendor I ever used to do a oil to gas conversion. ***** is "always" in a meeting. Please please go somewhere else!By far the WORST VENDOR I dealt in my 7 years in Long Island.

  I hope my story helps someone else from making a mistake by trusting Burner King of Long Island. One day last summer we didnt have hot water. The technician pushed a reset button but explained that because our unit was old it needs to be replaced at the cost of $12,000. He said he could do the work tomorrow since luckily he had a cancellation. He also said we should replace the chimney liner since that is also old and will start leaking. He would give ** a special price of $**** verses ****. I put him on the phone with my son who is an engineer and could understand all this. My son said I did not need to rush, I should call another company for an estimate. I received a phone call the next day from BK, again quite pushy, asking if we were ready to set up an appointment because I shouldnt risk being without heat in the winter when they would be very busy. I asked around for recommendations and I decided to call ***** for an estimate on a new oil burner. When the gentleman saw our unit he said we do not need to replace it. He said, I am a salesman and I came here to sell you a new oil burner. You do not need one. He said to call ***** back and request a serviceman. During that first phone call, I was sold a contract for $0.00 a year with a special promotion for a second year also for $0.00. Burner King was charging me $369 a year for their contract. Plus, ***** gave the friend who recommended them $100 towards her bill. The serviceman replaced a few parts and said that the burner hadnt been maintained properly. All this was covered by the new contract. I waited six months to write a review, wanting to get to the winter. My house has been cozy warm without the slightest problem. And to think that Burner King was trying so hard to take advantage of elderly people by wanting $12,000 + ****************************************************************************************************** the end. One friend told me his ******* contract replaced his unit for free!

  Had an oil to gas conversion done by BurnerKing in May of this year. Worked directly with owner ***** who recommended an efficient system for my home. The process from my first call to the day of installation was very professional. The office staff particularly ******** was great to work with confirming installation dates and with working with ******** **** on applications & obtaining permits . The team did an amazing job installing my new system and removing my oil tank and boiler. Very clean work and exactly what I had expected. ***** is a man of his word and a stand up business owner which is very important when choosing a contractor to do this job. This was very much appreciated after working with him on finalizing our agreement at the end. Thank You *****. Highly recommend using Burner King if youre thinking of converting to Gas or you just need a new system.

  This is a cheat. They do not know what they are doing but cheat. Do"n't fall for a cheap price and you will end up paying a big price.
