    March 28, 2022 - recieved from the company an estimate for a set of steel tracks for a **** excavator for $7,566.52 and ordered on March 29th, 2022. Vendor was provide with detailed specifics on the tracks needed.Started calling company mid April for ETA on delivery.On April 21st, 2022 was provided a tracking number Yrc pro# ************ that never populated any information with the shipping company.On May 9th, received a secondary item on the estimate (rubber tracks) but no steel tracks. Calls and emails sent to company went unanswered during may and June.On June 10th, ******************* from Empire Tractor Parts said the delay was due to the manufacturer and that we should receive tracks shortly.Steel tracks were delivered on July 5th and they were the wrong tracks. After a number of attempts, finally reached the vendor to try to work out solution. Vendor said he would send different sprocket that would adapt tracks to the machine.Despite reassurance over the summer that this matter would be addressed, the vendor is not returning either messages or emails and we are left with a set a steel tracks that we did not order and do not work with the excavator. We have been trying for the past three months to reach the vendor for resolution and he is not taking our calls or returning emails. This was a big investment on our part and we believe the vendor is no longer acting in good faith.The issue was escalated to his supplier *********** - ******, *******, *****************************************************************, Phone: ************** and the representative *********************** said they could not help us and that we had to go through Empire Track who is their customer and our supplier.At the end of the day, neither company is willing to work with us to resolve this matter. At this time, we are looking for full refund and we will purchase the tracks elsewhere for our client.
