      I brought my car in for a radio installation which was a plug and play radio and what ever happened y'all burnt wires they told me I would have to come back for my car the next day my car still wasn't fix so then after a week or two they sent my car to a shop in ******** with out my permission that shop couldn't find the problem so they sent it to another shop again with out my permission and they fixed the problem they didn't even call me and told me my car was fixed the repair shop called me so then I called auto sound and security on ******* ave they said I can go get my car from ******** and I have to pay the bill not only that I did not bring my car to ******** so why should I pick it up there and pay the bill and you still have my original system which is also air-conditioning system that not been installed back and you still have my $600 dollar tesla style radio from Phoenix automotive that y'all recommended me to buy I've been waiting for the car over a month and I still don't have it back first time I went there I paid 450 the guy in far Rockaway recommended I go to ******* automotive A month ago was 300 with the Tesla style Radio yes compatible with my Infiniti G37 My car needs to be picked up in ******** and paid for and brought back to *******

      On 7/14/23, I went to this business in regard to my remotes no longer working to open the doors on my 2014 *** XI. I told them what the issue was and they then asked when I had replaced the battery to the remote. I stated that the battery was new. They proceeded to take the remote, put in a new battery with the same result, which was the remote no longer communicated with the car to open the doors, and trunk etc. Apparently taking upon face value, they indicated to me that I needed new keys (remotes). They stated that the guy could be there in about 1 hour. and they charged me a so-called "bargain" price of $600 indicating that I was getting such a "good deal", because if I went to the *** dealership, I would be paying alot more! I paid the $600 in good faith that the repairs would be done and they knew what they were talking about. After about 45 minutes of the "key guy" trying to program the keys, neither key worked to open the door remotely and at the time they placed a call to someone with more knowledge and stated that it is apparently "the antennae or the control module that is not working" on this car. I was told that they had no way of knowing this prior to charging me $600 for two new remotes. Should it not be their job as a supposed installer to diagnose the problem?? They stated that we can get the part and had one of the workers rush over and remove the back cover near the rear antennae and look inside. Then he just walked away, we had to ask him to come back and put back what he had removed, because obviously, they could not fix it!! They stated we're going to get you the part and we won't charge you a lot!! Needless to say, days went by and I was never contacted by them. I decided to file a complaint, because I do not believe that they have shown professionalism, integrity or good faith as a business. I feel like I was ripped off, they charged me $600, I still have the issue. I feel that I made a big mistake going to this business.

      MARCH 14TH- I go just to get my carplay and backup camera to get mounted on, I provided all the parts they charged me 180 plus tax 20. He then tells me to get my speakers changed as they might be muffled as the head unit is an aftermarket part. I kept asking him how much it would be and he says he needs my information so he can give me a price, he takes me to a computer and asks me to fill in my information and I again asked for the price and he tells me to fill in. Me being 18 and trusting my friends brother who comes here, I put my information thinking nothing would happen, he looks at me for a second enters some random numbers into a box and without telling me he signs me up for a $1200. I was shocked and baffled. I didnt know what to do. Thats a whole month of my paycheck, but since its my brothers car I just wanted to make sure everything went smooth and didnt want to cause a scene. I asked him how long it would take and he said couple of hours and he would have everything done today. I come back when he calls me, the job was incomplete. The speakers werent properly connected, they fell over as I drove, the carplay had a few missing screws adn the wiring wasnt done for the backup camera and they calimed my part didint work and wanted me to pay additional 200 to get a part from them which they would install. I had to go back to them 4 times that week, each time getting something fixed properly as it wasnt attached right the first time. And each time I went back he tried to claim that my parts were wrong, when infact it was him trying to rush his mechanics to rush the job, hence why the job they did on the car was half assed. I have more to this story but I cant get it all to fit.
