      Papa Johns had an online ordering issue Wed Nov 6th. I placed an order with a store in ******, ** and continued to try to place my order but it never went through. I discovered all the charges did pend to my bank account for a total of $1251. 55. We went to the store and the ** told us he never received the orders so the charges should fall off and not clear our bank. They cleared the next day. We have been working with customer service, located in the ***********, since Friday Nov. 8th. It is Nov. 19th and we have not received our money back. We have been told that it is processed and that it is our banks fault. Our bank assures us they have not received a refund from Papa Johns Corporate (who is supposed to be the ones processing the credit) The customer service center cannot directly speak with the finance department nor get any kind of transaction number to share with us and we are not allowed to speak with the finance department directly. We are told to be patient. It is the worst example of customer service that i have ever experienced. We have called corporate headquarters and somehow by a miracle a real person picked up the phone after I called back a fourth time trying to navigate the phone tree. The receptionist did transfer me to an employee that I hope will be able to help but at the same time I went direct to voicemail and no name is on the message. The employee did call me back and it is my hope we will get to the bottom of this. It is very evident from the scripts that the *********************** reads to you and the way that it is so very difficult to get someone in ***************** that can help you with an issue that needs to be escalated that they are not really interested in helping the customer out. We have now spent in total about 11 hours of our time trying to get a refund that should never have turned into a mess like this because it is such an easy fix to just refund a customers money when it is due them.
