    I am writing to formally complain about ********** Launch which I engaged with based on their advertisements on ******** claiming they could help my business generate more qualified leads for bathroom and kitchen remodels. Their advertised services included:Creating AI-driven ads on *********Pre-screening potential customers using preset qualifying questions.I paid a setup fee of $2,500, and was charged $400 (4x) for each lead that was supposedly qualified. The company promotes a 100% money-back guarantee in their sales presentation, stating that I would receive at least three leads that would convert into projects.However, I received a total of four leads, none of which met the specified requirements. Dissatisfied with the lead quality, I contacted my representative, ****** ****, who assured me that he would initiate a full refund.Despite waiting two weeks for the refund, I have not received it. I have made multiple attempts to reach out via text and phone, during which ****** claimed the payment was initiated. When I requested proof of this transaction, he stated that an email confirmation was sent, but I have received no further communication or evidence.If Contractor Launch offers a full money-back guarantee, they should clearly define the refund process and ensure that it is communicated effectively to clients. If they do not intend to honor this guarantee, they should not include it in their sales pitch.I request that the BBB investigate this matter and assist in resolving my complaint.Thank you for your attention to this issue.
