The nurse who cared for us was excellentinformative, patient, and made us feel well taken care of. However, I cannot recommend this service due to the complete lack of transparent pricing. Nowhere on the website, confirmation emails, or texts was there mention of costs or a suggestion to call for pricing. For families preparing for travelespecially when vaccines are not covered by insurancebeing blindsided with costs exceeding $2,000 for a family of four feels both negligent and predatory. When I spoke with a supervisor, I was told I should have called for pricing, which felt dismissive and unhelpful, especially given that this was never communicated as a necessary step. The call itself had to be made from the nurses personal phone because the provided number repeatedly disconnected. While I understand policies may exist, the lack of clear communication and Lindas condescending tone added to an already stressful moment.Though I apologized for my initial frustration, the experience should never have escalated to that point. Families deserve clarity upfront, and nurses should not be placed in the position of handling financial issues on top of their clinical duties. Transparent pricing isn't just good serviceit's ethical.
