    Not able to collect my refund even though I made the cancellation within deadline in 2022. I was provided with misleading information if I left the deposit with them, there was no risk and now they are saying it is nonrefundable.I was also not provided with any option to use this deposit. Basically, I was told I will need to spend $6k additional which I cant currently afford or lose my deposit of $1500. When I initially made the payment, they told me that there were many options including online courses in the emails and now this is not the case.I greatly appreciate for the help, this is hard earned funds that I reserved my three kids education.They are saying they will be using my unused funds to support other kids while I have kids that they refuse to do anything about. I cant understand how an educational organization leaves a parent in this situation.then the leadership team who can sleep at night taking away from a childs education without making a contribution to their education.Thank you in advance for all your help.Kind Regards

    The family chose to withdrawal from the program outside of the refundable period. We allowed the family to keep their funds on account to be applied to a program for Summer 2023. The family did not use the rollover funds for a Summer 23 program. Although funds on account must be used within one year, we have offered to extend their $1500 to be used for a program in Summer 24. The familys funds are still on their account and available for use on a program with Summer Discovery or SIG for Summer ****.

    My daughter started the Principle of Calculus course at **** SIG on 6/26/23 (********************************************************************). It turned out that the instructor Dr. ***** was incompetent in teaching this class, such as mentioning squares for volume and cubes for surface area computations. My daughter did not learn anything from this class. We immediately requested SIG to provide Dr. ******* math credentials without success in the last two days (6/26/23 to 6/28/23). We believe that parents and students have the right to know the instructor's specific qualifications for a specific class. We found other summer camps that advertise the instructor credentials along with the course description before taking an application. SIG ******************************************* ****************************** delayed this response for more than one day and stated that it can not share Dr. ****** specific math credentials with us other than highlighting Dr. ****** PhD in education. A degree in education may not provide the credentials to teach high school Principles of Calculus. We requested to withdraw from this summer camp and seek a full refund. *** arranged for my daughter to take an alternative class, which is not her interest. SIG refused our request.We would like your help in resolving this matter and getting a full refund of $7,499.00.Thank you.***

    Trying to remove myself from email list for weeks and link provided is broken, making it impossible to sip receiving correspondence or update communication preferences.
