THIS PROGRESSIVE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF LIARS. 1ST OF ALL THESE ARE REALLY NYCHA APARTMENTS THAT THEY'RE MANAGING. AND THEY ARE DOING A VERY POOR JOB AT IT. I HAD AN ISSUE WITH YHE TENANT ON THE 3RD FLOOR ABOVE ME, WHO ARE MAKING NASTY LEAKS EVERYDAY. WHICH MIGHT I ADD CAUSED THE BUILDING TO RECEIVE 1 MOLD VIOLATION, AND 2 OTHERS. AND THEY NEVER ASSISTED ME PROPERLY, LIED ON ME AND SAID I WASNT LETTING THEM TO GET ACCESS TO FIX IT. WHICH I WAS WAITING THE WHOLE TIME. LASTLY, THEY FINALLY HAD SOMEBODY TO TRY AND FIX MY BATHROOM ON THURSDAY AUGUST 22ND 2024. AND DONT YOU KNOW THE TENANTS ABOVE HAD ANOTHER LEAK AGAIN. I ASKED MS. ****** FOR A LEGAL DOCUMENT TO PROVE TO ME THAT LEGAL ACTION WAS BEING PLACED ON THE TENANTS ABOVE AND SHE DENIED ME THE RIGHT. ALSO, THEY ASKED ME TO PAY FOR A NEW SHOWER HEAD AND PAINT FOR THE BATHROOM, WHICH IS CRAZY, BECAUSE THEY LET THIS PERSON SIT ON THE 3RD FLOOR FOR YEARS MAKING ALL THESE NASTY LEAKS AND NOW YOU GONNA ASK ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT SOMEBODY ELSE DID. THAT CRAZY. THEY SHOULD'VE KICKED THAT PERSON OUT AFTER THE 1ST FEW HUNDRED LEAKS. AND PROGRESSIVE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR ALLOWING THIS TO GO ON FOR SO LONG. NOT TO MENTION THEY SHOULD FIRE ******************* MR. ***** ******************************** MR. ******* AND MS. ******* THEY NEVER PROPERLY HELPED ME, AND MY DAUGHTER AND I COULDN'T TAKE A BATH ALL MONTH BECAUSE OF THIS RECURRING ISSUE.

When your trying to resolve a rent issue because the amount was debited from my acct but not reflecting on my rent statement. Ive been trying to reach someone via phone for over a week leaving several messages ti a si call ***** ( mgr) and ****** with no success at all. I slso left the rent (legal) **** with same results. You go to the office where im located and lady in office tells me she doesn't deal with this. Many times youre trying to see someone in office and its always empty. The people employed by progressive dint have any courtesy to their tenants and progressive as a mgmt office really *****.

Dirty apartment, seedy area. Beware, I went to see a one bedroom and the apartment was in disrepair. The doorbell was broken, the door cylinder had a doorknob with nothing holding it in place, the kitchen counter was detached from the wall and the window in the bedroom were as well. In the bathroom was mayhem, the sink was cracked, and so was the bathtub tiling. The bathtub was stained with rust and chipped. The apartment looked like no one had lived there in years, everything looked shoddy. Find something else, these people are hoodrats with a job. Fix the place before showing to prospective tenants!Disgraceful office staff as well, ***** the " leasing agent" was snobby and rude dragging along and putting emphasis on every syllable that came out of her mouth, ghetto and distasteful. I tried my best not to jump through that phone and let her know. The property manager of ************************* was ******* me forcing me to take the apartment. When I made him aware of the things that needed to be fixed and asking about the nitty gritty details such as utilities included, cost to rent the place he was short with me, kept cutting me off mid sentence and being difficult for I don't know what reason maybe mental health issues idk. When asking about availability of a two bedroom he stated" we don't have a two bed your voucher only covers a one bedroom so either take it or leave it", like I didn't have a choice or something lol.He was going to charge me $2387 the full amount my voucher will pay for a deplorable apartment in the middle of nowhere with no utilities included. When I stated that I felt that was a bit high for a 1 bedroom he hung up the phone. Wtf!?!? Yeah , do better progressive management. I came all the way from the Bronx to deal with buffoonery, I'll stay where I'm at for now, money couldn't pay me to move into one of their disgusting properties. You've been warned, run don't walk there's way nicer cleaner apartment out there.
