They charge 400 for two hours but pay their workers an hourly rate of 30 per hour. Reviews get them 15 more dollars. The technicians do a good job but they are not being compensated for the risk of them catching it after paying so much money for the company to send the technician! Terrible way to treat your employees! Zero stars! Do not recommend employment or the services.

Im not sure from where you get your information but your facts are incorrect. The compensation that you cite for our technicians, first of all is wrong; we pay more than that than that per hour and second, we pay at the highest end of the pay spectrum. Second, you mentioned the risks of catching head lice,. That is also incorrect. We send our technicians out with safeguards so that they do not catch lice. In fact, in our many years of doing business, we have only had two technicians get head lice, and that was because they didnt follow the protection protocols. Third, since you dont know the inner workings of our business, you would have no way of estimating how much we pay for insurance, advertising, website management, administrative costs, recruiting costs, and the list goes on and on. We are happy that you mentioned that your technician did a good job because that is what we strive for.

I was quoted $199 hr + $50 for miles after 50 miles. I live 50.8 Mike's from site. That 1 min 22 seconds from 50 miles. 3 min walking distance. Then I was told I will see a pending charge $528 on my card. After the tech arrives and determines I have lice she will start the treatment plan. And whatever time is not used it will be credited to my card. First off the tech had no magnefying glasses. She just had a bike light. So the pictures on website with those fancy eyewear. False. She used a used comb and brush on my hair and then wanted to sell me a lice comb. Luckily I had bought one already. Her determination to see if I had lice was to douse my head in olive oil and comb it out. As I kept asking well do I have any lice or nits. She kindly said I don't see any yet. Well she never found anything it took her an hour to see. I stopped appt right there. And used my own dish soap to wash out olive oil. Then I got a full charge of $528. I have recorded conversations with ***** where she did say the $250 is first hour and would be credited back after that pending charge. Now they are saying the charge was for 4 hours cuz I lived past 50 miles. 50.8 miles to be exact. So why not quote me $528. Not $199+$50. I will be filing a complaint with my bank and legally. Don't waste your time with these liars. They don't remove the lice the do a comb out with olive oil. And you have to leave it 8 hrs. Then repeat the same process of applying oil yourself and combing it out the next few days and weeks yourself. I read all this information online through searching about lice removal. So please don't waste your time thinking your lice free or being charged from a certified tech. She gave great combing massage. None of which touched my scalp. And that's where lice live. Thank god I don't have lice. But at same time no matter which way u look at it. It's a rip off. I gave my tech 5 stars for being very nice and cleaning her mess. But she had no clue how to eradicate or the real issue.

    ********,
You were not told that the cost is $199 plus $50 for miles after 50. We never quote that amount. You were told that there would be a 3 hour minimum as you are 55 miles from our technician and that the first hour was $250 owing to the distance that our tech had to travel to treat you.. The $528 that you were charged was $250+$139+$139= $528. Please relisten to the recording of the phone conversation with our dispatcher, Diana. You will see that she quoted the price accurately. We are sorry that you misunderstood what she said, but it is clearly stated.

Pulled over to on the side of i10 to speak with ******** and send 13 different sporadic requests for picture proof that I had head and not body liceduring a BAD panic attack caused by a re-infestation that started with my daughter (I have bad anxietytreated with medicineand apologized repeatedly for so many frantic questions and also just in case my panic sounded rude) She left ************************************************************************ shes listening but shes multitasking and STOPPED RESPONDING AGAIN. I kept going again apologized if my messages were overwhelming her and expressed I understood she had other calls but I was sooooooo confused and scared. She told me 3x I had body lice and they dont treat it rather than answering my questions. So panic turned into anger and started to calm me down so I could articulate better. 1. Would body lice be in my hair, brows and lashes? 2. The ER, pediatrician, and my PCP ALL confirmed head lice, so asked her to help me understand how I would be the only one with body liceafter confirmed head lice 7 days prior. Explained I shower and change into clean clothes A LOT so I just wanted to understand She repliedyes body lice can be in hair and brows I asked if she could answer my second question She replied I have other calls. Have a great day! I asked for her supervisor or corporate number and she disconnected our chat. If anyone had a corporate number or ceo name on ******** please share.

Yes, head lice are found in the eyebrows and lashes. Those are not head lice. She tried to help you but was repeating herself over and over. After awhile, she had to say goodbye and she was missing other calls. As she explained to you multiple times, we do not treat body lice. For that you must go to the doctor.

Whoops that should say that lashes found on the eyebrows and lashes are body lice not head lice.

Do not use this service. There is no full transparency on the cost of the service & the process. The service was extended more than needed. I was not advised on the anticipated length of the treatment nor notified beforehand that guarantee cannot be given. I paid $450 for 1 person when the technician advised that the average is 1 hour {$199} & their website stating that the price for 4 has a range of up to $400.This is false advertising & should be modified to ensure *********************** satisfaction. Customers should also be notified beforehand of the policies not after but before the treatment. This is withholding information that helps parent decide on the right approach for their child. With several complaints here about being charged too much, something needs to be done with their procedure.

*******, Your case was extremely advanced. On our website we explain that the average for a family of 4 is about $400, with the caveat that a very advanced case will take longer. This was explained to you when you booked your appointment. *****, your technician, is one of our most experienced and we have never had a complaint about her work. Again, the reason that your case took so long to treat is that you had a very advanced infestation.

This is conflicting information as the person who helped us stated that my son's case was not bad. And it wasn't. Stating that an average for a family of 4 is $400 is extremely misleading as with my experience, if I had a family of 4, it would be $1600 total. As you probably saw, there have been several complaints regarding this, overpricing. also that the Policies were given after the treatment {the paper that needed to be signed}; this needs to be changed; much like when signing a contract; it needs to be before the service, not after so questions & concerns are answered prior to starting the treatment.I do hope that with several complaints of the same nature your company would take a closer look at your process & procedure that will ensure customer satisfaction.
