    I brought my 2011 ***** ***** to have an electrical issue repaired for my passenger side headlight ,explained to mechanic that the bulb, ignitor and ballast were new parts and that I had a short somewhere in the wiring ,mechanic/owner Ernie G***** called me and said the headlight was fixed ,when I paid him $100 for what he said took an hour and a half then I asked for a receipt for the work ,he then told me he had no receipts and would not write one on paper nor would he tell me the issue that I had brought to him with my headlight ,he wouldn't explain where the "bad or pinched wire" was located ,he told me all this only after I had paid him the cash ,he also said he only takes cash as a form of payment which I thought was odd but I need to bring my car as my inspection sticker was expired and I was in a rush to make my appt to pass NY state inspection,after contacting the owner Ernie on several occasions as well as many texts he stopped responding , when I arrived 15 minutes later for my inspection,I was told by another mechanic that my string lights weren't working and my headlight ,that was just repaired was working but not as should ,my vehicle has high intensity headlights and the headlight Ernie repaired now had a new issue ,the following day the headlight wouldn't work at all and I am now where I was before bringing my vehicle to EZ Automotive Repair and the owner no longer responds to my phone calls or texts and has been closed every day since ,the initial repairs were performed on Monday August 8th 2022 ,all I have as proof are the texts between Ernie G***** and myself during the week of August 8th through to when he stopped responding on August 11th 2022.
