- There is know cost for estimates. But when a job is scheduled and started there is a deposit due at beginning of work schedule, a draw due in the middle of the work schedule and the remaining balance is to be paid in full at time of completion of the service. Four Seasons Flooring LLC excepts business checks, personal checks, debit, and credit cards.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- In the hardwood flooring industry there aren’t many refund or exchange policies. Saying this if a customer is shown stain samples, finish samples, wood samples, vinyl samples, etc. and they clearly chose one of the options and signs for that sample and service that is what’s going to be done. If at the end of the job the owner or contractor is not happy with the completed work it will be done at the home owner or contractora expense. But in the instance it is a contractor mistake the work will be done again at no further cost.
