I worked for flagship illy starting in January 2019. Then was laid off during the pandemic. My benefits seems to be taken away & I wasn't rehired. When I worked at illy when **** was the manager I was calling ****** to wake her up every morning. I later found out she was fired. Because she was lying about her hours. I enjoyed working at illy. I was the opener. However it seems that during the pandemic after I was not rehired I never really got info regarding my pension. I lost the employer contribution and may be losing all of it because of the timing. I had been in touched with **** because I was having financial and housing problems. She helped me immensely and yet both of us did not get rehired. When I would call ado the man would ask me if I wanted to complain about illy **************** I didn't want to them but now after all of this I'm not a person looking for anything extra but I feel that illy should have let me know. All my mail went to PO ***********************************************. I feel like HR did not really like me didn't get rehired and got no info regarding our benefits. It was h*** I had issues with my Social Security in which for two years I'm paying them back $16,000.00 in which this is killing me then now because of time exceeding the employer pulled out it's contribution from Principal. It seems that during and after the pandemic if you did not know to be in touch no one sent you info. Other than the mail I received on Friday May 31 2024 in which I had to respond by June 1 st. What I do want to say is that not being rehired that was their choice but to take away the contribution that I worked and had issues with not being rehired and not given the opportunity to contact the people who had my money. I feel illy could care less.a pandemic happened. This is absolutely wrong. And that HR was not very nice to the people they didn't rehire back. I know it's been awhile but even when I gave my PO Box I had for many years. Nothing no info by mail
