    About the worst customer service and experience I've had with any company we have worked with. After many months of setting up everything nothing works well, most of their platform is ****** outdated even stuff like processing payments. We lost so much money working with *** and not sure if we should even continue doing business with them.

    Our company has been a client of WHI Solutions for over 2 years. Although **** owns them, they work as a separate autonomous business. Over the past 2 years, this company's billing and customer service skills have drastically worsened. Their Nexpart database is full of errors and the IT department has high turnover so it often took us several weeks to get issues resolved. We just recently stopped doing business with them
