Date of the Transaction/Amount of Money I paid the Business: 7/12/24 $647.50 via Venmo and 5/16/24 $647.50 via Venmo. They were supposed to tailor my wedding dress correctly. Pins and Needles ruined my wedding dress. The alterations they provided were inappropriate for the dress and now the dress is all wrong. They have not tried to resolve the matter. They are now ignoring **** reached out to Anthropologie who sold me the actual dress and had recommended the tailor. They have spoke to the tailor and the tailor refused to refund me the money even though Anthropologie told them the dress was ruined and that they were being taken off their recommended tailor list. The owner did not care,I went back to Anthropologie yesterday to compare my dress with the sample I had tried on my times and it was extremely clear that you modified the top of the dress in ways that simply compromised the structure of the dress. I have before and after pictures (which I have attached) that clearly show that the organza top (which is the dress, makes the entire look of the dress) now lies flat. In addition, the bodice no longer looks flat but in pictures and in person is bumpy and like there are crumbs or something inside it. The sides of the dress are messy, or as my mom said when she saw it, just bad work. Where you took it in the back it feels like the dress is uneven and lopsided. By the **** there is a puff, it no longer lays flat. The dress is completely ruined. She took out boning from a structured dress, then added push up cups, then took the push up cups out, then added boning back in when I told her it wasn't right. She kept saying she wanted it to look flat, but that is not the design of the dress. The entire dress is the organza top. If that is messed with, the dress is ruined. I now know from comparing it in person yesterday at Anthropologie with their Bridal Stylist that *** did more than just take out boning.
