1 star1 star too much I have been calling since my install three years ago. They damaged my wood floors and said they would fix them. Never did. They never covered the pipes outside of my house like they said they would. They installed a 3.5 ton unit when I paid for a 4 ton unit. Never gave me back the difference in the cost or replaced with the proper unit. And now that this unit is three years old its not working. Theres one part that needs to be replaced and they want me to pay $2000 to fix this!! Unbelievable! Absolute worst company ever. Customer service is horrible. You never get to speak to a manager. My dozens of phone calls have never been returned. DOZENS!DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!Review fromJulia Y

5 starsWe had plumber doing our heater flashing as part of maintenance. He was very professional and did an excellent job by doing it and by explaining steps and reasons for them. This is not the first time we use this company for plumbing or a/c. Every time they are doing their work timely and professional.Review fromDon R

2 starsit is in my opinion that the new APPLE AIR , ( company sold prior to 2022 to large corporation) sends their technicians out and their job 1 is to find something wrong with an AC whether there is something wrong or not, with the intention to extort more money from customers who have already paid many thousands for their products.. i'm not mentioning my situation because it is ongoing, but when finished i will leave my review.i have been doing business with Apple Air for five years and with the original owner i have had no problems, but since the company was sold to some corporation i know of two people who have left the company, their service manager and one of their best technicians. there are probably more who have left in the last year.Review fromkrista v

1 starThis is the absolute worst airconditioning company ever. I would never reccomend and hope that ***** ever has to experience what i did with them. They never pick up the phone , you can never get a "higher up" manager/owner, etc on the phone let alone a "call back" as promised. and they will leave you hanging with no air in a heatwave for as long as it takes without trying to get you by in anyway possible and with a new system less than a year old that crapped out and spent 15k on. WORST COMPANY EVER.Review fromLuAnn P

1 starI had a Bosch air / heating system installed a few years ago. After job was done I gave a good review . Workers were professional. System works fine . Since it was sold to another owner it isnt easy to contact for the maintenance. In the past it was done by them calling me to make appointment for tune up Spring /Fall. Now new 180 degree service change I paid for the yearly maintenance and since my contract with the maintenance included was over and I was told that they can only come July 21 now for me thats not a spring tuneup. Waiting on the day with no phone call after calling the company not reaching the company getting again another phone service operator said that they will let the company know when I asked for the window for arrival. I was then called . the individual was very gruff, with an unprofessional voice saying that the appointment had to be rescheduled because it was raining. I explained that I needed to have the filter, changed and basic tuneup which is now in the middle of summer. He said lets do it for Tuesday the 25th. Im now trying to call the company and again was given the operator of the service company that they use not even dealing with anyone in the company at 9:30 in the morning so no one works? She then said she would take my number and give it to the office which I am now waiting for arrival time of window . Or most likely a cancellation for whatever excuse they can conjure up. This is the second appointment second time that *** reached out to the company to get them to come to maintain the system that they put in. I am actually going to ask for my refund for these maintenance that I paid for the year so I can move on to another company. I am never met a very unprofessional, discourteous customer, unfriendly company, and if this continues, I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau like the others because my fear is that if something goes wrong one day and I have this company, they wont even show up!Review fromMarina C.

In 2021 I used ***** Air to install a ductless air conditioner. Part of the contract was a 2 year service. In 2022 I schedule a tuneup, the technician came, and if I was having any problems with the unit. I said no. He replied your system is fairly new, if youre not having any issues you are good and left. In January of 2023 I scheduled a tuneup online, few days later I received a call saying that I couldnt scheduled tuneups online, and that they needed to reschedule. While I was on the phone with the representative she asked if I wanted to extend my service contract, to which I replied that I was not going to extend. She told me the next appointment is not till March. I said ok. The day before the appointment I received a call from **** saying that they couldnt keep the appointment because they were overbooked! I told them that had taken half a day off too and I needed the tuneup as my contract will expire and I wanted the Service to be covered. He said we will cover the service since it wasnt your fault. He said our next appointment is June 29th, I said ok. (again, I took the afternoon off) and last night I received a call from ***** (from Apple air and said that they need to cancel my appointment because they are overbooked AGAIN! This is absolutely unacceptable, twice with the same excuses. And to top it all off, I was told that I would have to pay for the tuna up because my service contract expired! Which is true, however, had they kept the initial appointment in March, or the one for today, June 29,2023 I would not have been in this situation! The company canceled their appointment twice. Appointments that were made months in advance, they have the nerve to call the night before the appointment and to say that I will be responsible for paying for the tuneup because the contract expired!! I made the appointment 6 months before the expiration. Shame on management for running a poor business with lack of communication and costumer service!Apple Air Conditioning & Heating

Furthermore, we would like to get you back on the schedule whenever would be best for you and to have the opportunity to rectify this situation. Please let us know how we can help.Marina C.

Unfortunately, their response lacks integrity. *** called several times already trying to reschedule with no success. Last time I spoke with *****, he said Ill have my manager call you back. Its been over 4 months from since and I never heard back! They have all of my information. Theres no excuses for their poor behavior. Im will get an attorney as they broke part of their agreement. Do ridiculous!Review fromKathy M

1 starApple Air installed a Bosch heat pump on January 23, 2023. It did not work. My "energy efficient" heating source required sky high electric bills until I just turned it off and went back to using my natural gas system. In early March, they finally diagnosed a faulty thermostat in the unit. Since then, the story is that ***** wasn't manufacturing the part so I have a $23K non-functioning heat pump. All of the excuses of supply chain problems might be acceptable but the fact that they repeatedly tell me that they'll call, will show up, that the part is coming in soon with no action on their part reflects a total disregard for customer service. I do not like to resolve problems using a bbb review, but after over 17 contacts with Apple Air with no resolution in sight, I feel compelled to warn others of their poor service.Review fromjanet k

1 starOur ********** heat/AC exchange system stopped working last month. This was its 3rd summer in use and still is under warranty. Last year (2022) we had technicians come because the unit neither heated cooled as efficiently as the 1st season. We were told it tested up to standard and nothing was wrong. It left us little to argue but we needed to run it longer, and at more extreme settings all year. Apr 11 '23 we had them back because the unit stopped altogether. They were here 1/2 the day, and on the phone even with **********, finally saying they needed to get parts for the fan unit. They quoted labor costs for which we thought we were covered by warranty, and sold us a maintenance and repair contract. We hope the 6 mo. cleanings will keep it from breaking so quickly again. However,Next Tues will be 5 weeks. We can't get them to say when parts will come. They never return promised calls. No parts people or managers are ever "in". At this point, if you can't get parts, bring a new unit. We feel the repair contract was sold without ever intending to repair in a timely manner, and is fraud.Review fromRachel K

1 starI had an electrician here on March 23rd for the free electrical inspection included with my tune **** We had some concerns because our house is old . After reviewing concerns electrician was nice but gave us a handwritten quote for $10k depending on what work we wanted done. He then scared us into thinking we needed to move electric box because it wouldnt pass an electrical inspection. He left we thought things over and wanted the electrician to add moving the box to the quote. After two or so phone calls and communicating with ******* via text , we never got an answer from anyone. Just automated l follows *** asking if we were going to move forward with our original quote. I since hired a new electrician who charged less than a quarter of what apple was going to charge me and I got an inspection cert that passed with flying colors.. I never even got the tune *** yet as the safety electrical insp was a courtesy included with the package . This left such a bad taste in my mouth that I just want a refund of $260.05 and to part my separate way with apple. Their customer service and professionalism isnt even one star . In my opinion its below and Im glad I never got any work done by them because Ive read the reviews on some people who have and they are disgusting . Still waiting on a manager to call me back . Its been a few weeks and Ive called again today and left a message with **** and left a text to have a manager call me back and get refunded .
