    I placed an order with Ruby Love on June 12th 2022 in the amount of ****** for a pair of swim bottoms and 3 pairs of underwear. I never received the order or updates on my order. Ive emailed 3 times now with no real response on the matter. Just that my request has been sent to the relevant parties. I have requested to cancel and get a refund as they did not ship within the time frame they said they would which was 1-2 weeks for standard US shipping.

    Ruby Love said that my items would be shipped within two weeks and I still have not received them. I would like them to cancel my two orders and refund me for both orders.
