I purchased a one piece swimsuit on November 27, 2023 and have not received it yet. I was originally told that it was on back order. AS of today 1/12/2024 I still have not received my item. I tried again to contact the company with "no response" the past few times. Being that they are no longer responding to my concern and letting me know an estimated date of restock, I would like a refund for the purchase.Customer Answer

At this time, I have been contacted directly by RubyLove regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved.
I was able to get in touch with the company via a telephone call in which they told me the estimated time to fill my order would be 4 more weeks. This would bring it to the end of February. Reminder that I placed my order on Nov. 27, 2023. As of now, I am still waiting to see if they fulfill this latest commitment, and the issue has yet to be resolved.

I placed an order with Ruby Love on November 26th. As of January 10th, they still have not shipped my order.In the last month I have contacted them in a variety of ways 5 times. I placed an order on 9/13/2023 to Ruby Love for $17.50 under order# ******. I have emailed them at least 5 times and have attempted to call them. The return emails are all from the same person saying the order is just waiting to be sent and the order was "fulfilled" since September. I was to get a "shipping email" once it was mailed. I've gotten that same message 4 times. The most recent email from January 7th says they've escalated this matter to the team. I let them know I was contacting the BBB on 1/6/24. They have also refused to give me my refund because the order was fulfilled. So 8 emails back and forth and still no resolution.Customer Answer

I purchased two items - a pair of boy shorts and a bikini - from RubyLove on 12/10/23, was charged for both, and both were (and still are) indicated as in stock on their website. To date I have only received the boy shorts which arrived on 12/18. The bikini I ordered for my daughter for a trip over the holidays never shipped. The moment I received the order and noticed it did not arrive, I looked online and that the bikini said it was fulfilled and was assigned the same tracking number as the remaining order. I immediately reached out to customer service have had exhaustive back and forth. First, they informed me that the bikini had been back ordered and they hoped to have it in stock soon. I said in light of this, and because it was for a trip, to refund me my $99.99 plus tax for that item. To date despite exhaustive back and forth they have not committed to refunding me. They keep saying they are escalating my request. It has been 3 weeks since I received the shorts and 4 weeks since I ordered both items. My credit card bill has arrived with the charges. I am being given a total runaround on how to get my money back. It is really horrible!Initial Complaint

I ordered a swimsuit order number ****** on December 29, 2023. The very next day I received a voicemail saying they no longer have the suit in the size needed. Since then, I have made five phone calls and have a record of five emails asking for my refund as the charge went through on my card even though they could not fulfill the order. I keep getting a message saying they have escalated the request- I assume from an AI response. I have asked to talk to a manager but get no response. I placed an order for several bathing suits on October 7. The website states that receipt time is 1-2 weeks. The company charged my credit card immediately upon purchase. On November 20, I emailed their customer service to inquire about the order and was told that my order was in processing and would go out in a few days. I received no updates and so I emailed again on December 13 to inquire. This time they responded that my order was delayed because they received more orders than expected and that they would ship my order as soon as it is received to their warehouse. I emailed back requesting a cancelation and refund. They responded that it is too late to cancel the order as it is already in process. So many contradictions. The product was never delivered. When I look the order up online, it says fulfilled. I have tried calling hundreds of times With no answer. I have tried to email three times and I get the same reply and no future replies. I tried messaging on ******** Messenger. And I keep getting the same auto reply with no future replies. I placed my order on 9/24. The website said that the order would arrive within 1-2 weeks. Noticing that I had not received a shipping confirmation by 10/9, I sent an email to cancel the order. No reply for 7 days so I emailed again. I called the company and they said they will not cancel the order and that they are not going to ship it until the end of the week- a full month after I placed the order and after they took my money. Many companies will not even charge you until theyve shipped the order. They seem like a scam or best case, completely rude and incapable of honoring their companys claims.Customer Answer

I ordered from Ruby Love on 9/14/2023 with Order #******. I paid extra for 1-2 wk fast delivery. I still have yet to receive my order. I have reached out to the company several times. I sent two emails. One on October 3rd expressing my concerns about the order. I was sent back a generic email stating that I would hear back soon. I never did. I sent out a second email was sent out October 7th. Still no response. I went ahead and opened a case with PayPal. PayPal sent a message October 7th too. No response. PayPal then escalated the concern and now a case is opened Case ID #******************. Still no response. *** made several attempts to reach out. Ive sent several emails to ********************************** and even reached out to their customer service line at ************ with no response. Ive left 7 voicemails. All no response. Please help me get my money back!! This company is a scam and should be shut down!
