    I purchased a light bar for my truck a few months ago. After noticing the light bar was defective and not working properly I contracted the seller. They sent replacements parts but now the light bar is completely faulty with water condensation throughout. I want either my money back or a completely new light bar. For the almost ****** I spent I would hope it would work for more than a few months. Cant get a straight answer from the company

    The bar the customer has was found to be defective, and the manufacture will be sending out a replacement bar under warranty. The customer should be receiving the replacement bar within 10 business days

    I returned 2 orders to led outfitters on the 13th of February this month and they were signed for by an employee but I just called about my refund and there telling me they don't have the items My tracking number for the shipment is ****************** ******************

    the tracking numbers indicate that they were delivered on feburay 16 2023, as per our return policy located here **************************************************

     

    they will be processed and refunded accordingly with in 3 weeks of when it was received it which is by march 9th 2023
