The movers told us it would take them 3 to 5 days to get our stuff to ******* and it took them two weeks. They also used all kinds of deceptive tactics to trick us into signing stuff in the contract that they personally told us was the opposite. There is way too much stuff they did to us to explain it all in the little space available here, so Ill briefly mention a little bit of the stuff for now.Essentially they held our stuff hostage once they finally got here. So I am asking for a complete refund for all the pain and suffering they put us through. For them making us and our new baby having to sleep on a floor with absolutely nothing as we waited 2 weeks for them to finally deliver our stuff. For them dumping all of our stuff into a Uhaul truck so just me as one person had to move it all myself and yet I still had to pay the full moving price plus another $225. The horrible damage they caused my back and setting me back 3 years of rehabilitation of my a-typical migraines of extreme pain and dizziness by forcing me as one person to move all that stuff myself. And for them threatening us to have to falsely sign an NDA or they were about to take off with all of our stuff, charge us a bunch of money for moving it to another location, and then if we didnt pay all of this extra money and falsely sign this agreement they would auction off our stuff. This type of intimidation tactics to hold people hostage to falsely sign an NDA saying they cant report to the BBB is no doubt why they have a fraudulent rating on there. My remedy is a complete refund for all the h*** they put my family through. The $2,600 for the moving price plus the $225 they charged us for supposedly wasting their time for not immediately giving in to their hostage demands. The main guy even bragged about how he was a retired detective and dared me to sue him because he knows all the legal tricks in the book. Does this sound like a legitimate business to you?Business Response

I have read this complaint and I will respond accordingly.
This person started out with a lie. We have never moved someone named ******* ******. The real name is ******** *****. We facilitated their move from N.Y. to **. When my driver arrived at the pickup location he went through the list of items and the had some additional items some packing and a long carry that added $738.75 To their bill. They were given this price in its entirety before us having them sign the contract or beginning any work. We tell every customer It takes about a week from the earliest delivery date. That by no means is a guaranteed delivery date. It just means that we will not come before that date. We were in constant contact with the customer as they called for an update.
In our written Long distance charges form We tell every customer that we ship with the biggest Tractor trailer And to please make sure that their Residence is tractor trailer accessible. Unfortunately where they lived in the complex to tractor trailer could not Negotiate The turns inside the complex so they needed A shuttle service. The customer is notified in our Disclosure form that they are responsible for that accessibility. The customer did not want to pay The five hundred dollars For the shuttle service , so Told them to just rent a truck and we would load the items on the truck They could deliver it to the complex themselves. They wasted two and a half hours of my driver And helpers time and call the police twice. The police were very aggravated with the husband and the wife because they were wasting the officer's time.
The officer told them that it is Written on the legal documentation With their signature next to it. The police officers told them sign The document And pay the balance or they were going to Let my driver leave. Finally three hours later they paid the money that they owed My driver video taped Removing the blankets so that they cannot claim that we damaged Any of their stuff. Any damages after we gave them possession of the goods is completely on them. They were both very rude to me my driver and the police. Totally unreasonable people.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Your Answer Here]
These people are the biggest liars in the world and nobody should ever hire them. They never told me it was a tractor trailer, they are lying. Listen to even their response, you can tell how extremely rude they are. They cant even hide their distain for the customer when they are trying to deceive in their response. They bragged about deceiving us on the phone. They dared us to sue them. Who in the history of customer service has ever heard of such a thing? And we were not rude to any police officer. We were the ones who called the police, and the police woman was on our side but they later deceived the police officers with manipulations and lies. These people are disgusting and should have a huge red flag warning not to do business with them. They have the worst customer service in the history of any company *** ever dealt with. We talked to other movers and they were appalled by all the horrible things these people did. Im the one who signed the paper that they lied to me about, yet they say they didnt do business with me? See how every word these people say are lies. Its clear they refuse to take responsibility for all the horrible things they did to my family. So if they wont do anything I ask the BBB to give a warning to anyone considering using them. There are so many other options that theres no reason anyone should ever have to put up with these manipulative liars.

We enlisted the help of this company for moving services on 7/1/2023, order# *******. On arrival of the trucker who would do the moving, we were charged for "packing", although the mover ran out of tape and packing materials and used ours (as well as some of our left over boxes) to pack. I even had to run to the store to get him extra tape! On getting back from the store, I was surprised to find everything had been put into the truck with the driver telling me that he "found a way to wrap everything" and not to worry. My sister said they had taken everything out of the house in wrapping, but could not see how it was packed into the truck as she has to stay in the apt to monitor the items being taken out. We were told our things would arrive 7/2/2023 around 6 pm, were given a badly photocopied paper for a contract, and told to take a picture for our records. After 2 days of not hearing from the driver, the manager, ***, tells us he got in contact with the driver and our things will be delivered on 7/4/2023. A different truck and different driver arrived, but with our things no longer wrapped and with damage to our furniture (broken headboards, torn mattresses and box springs, dented bicycle, torn leather office chair, missing desk, etc.). Even the guy delivering said the items were not packed appropriately which was a problem (the other driver had transferred the things into his truck so he had not seen them). We immediately contacted *** who requested an email with details which was promptly sent. We were directed to Movingclaims.net which is another company for the claim. Some of the documents requested were not even provided by All Exclusive Moving. We are unable to get to anyone who can help us with all this damage and would strongly advise everyone steer clear of this company. Your things will be handled poorly, they do not keep track of where your items are, and consistently change your delivery date without proper explanation with a strong dose of dishonesty.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:As mentioned in the original complaint, I have been unable to get in contact with the ************** either via email (an automated message comes through that just makes you go through the same information to make a claim) or phone (it just goes to voicemail which says I'll receive a call back that again has not happened). Ultimately, we made the transaction with your company and are hoping for more assistance on this.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I do not think it is unreasonable to ask how you came about the compensation amount. Asking for a breakdown of the calculations is fair in this situation and shouldn't warrant any push back unless there is some discrepancy on how it was done.
In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
