    We paid $4000 to ******************************* owner of **** Elite Roofing and Siding *** on Sept 16 2022 to start a roofing job for our home . He never showed up to start the job , we spoke multiple times and were told he would come and start on said date only to be deceived and lied too. We spoke to him many times after but he would always make up lies such as family members had dies or someone got assaulted or he is going through tough time etc . its been 3 months now and he stopped answering our calls , has not done ANY work and stole $4000 from us !

    This contract was signed on 06/08/22 for complete roof replacement and some other work. The contract will be attached.The work did not commence until 07/14/2022. However, it is complete. Our roof is currently partially incomplete. The workers showed up the following day to complete the job. However, ****** did not show up with the materials. They waited for several hours and left because he would not answer or show up.He then claimed that he will complete the work when he gets the windows that we requested to change. It has now been 3 months after contract signage, an incomplete roof job, fully paid for the roof, and he is not answering the phone nor showing up to at least complete the job. We reached out countless times, and no responses. At this point, we want what we paid for to be completed. No additional work. We paid for the completed roof, gutters, and partial siding. Forget about the window replacement. We don't even want him removing anything else.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by **'s Elite Roofing and Siding regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    He contacted us immediately after BBB contacted him to threaten that we were wrong to contact the BBB and that he would not be returning; he needs a lawyer to clear "his name." After that, he said he would send his men to finish the job. It's a month later since the complaint, and he never did. He stopped responding again; because I guess the BBB isn't a threat enough for his behavior. However, he sent a text a few days ago he returned from vacation - from Sept 7 to Sept 30. Ridiculous.

    The roof has been incomplete since 7/14/2022. It is now the fall season, and it has been raining daily. So we hired someone else to finish the roof as we do not want to end up with extensive damage from water and flooding. 

    We do not want him to come back at this point, or we will call the police for fraud. He defrauded us; there is no better way to say it. It should be stated on his record. According to the honest ****** reviews, he's done this before to other people. ****** is a horrible person. He takes people's money and does not finish their job.
