    I got a tow on 3/32/2023 due to my car dying on the side of the ************. I contacted runway because they were the only company that could tow my car.Since the tow my tires are screeching , the wheel is loose and my push to start button is stuck as well as lights on dashboard.I contacted ******** the manager who was very rude and unprofessional and told me the tow driver couldnt have done that because the car was placed on a flatbed and all she could do was have her mechanic look at it up until 2pm. I told her I work and she told me to come whenever I can find time.

    Car was taken by officer on March 22 due to suspended registration and driven to Mairne park.( car was in drivable condition) Runway towing picked up the car the same night. Car was dropped off to me Thursday night March 30th. Left have away in the drive blocking the sidewalk. I started the car to reverse it more into the drive way. Car could not move in drive or reverse. Everything single light and icon was light up in the dash board. The car could not move at all. Called the towing company, they looked at the car. The axle and drive shaft is broken. They are saying they are not responsible for the damage. Which is completely ridiculous. They took the car and nothing was wrong it was drivable. I paid over $700 to get the car back to be in conditions that it was in when it was taken.

    Runway Towing Corp. picked up my vehicle September 12th from the ************ in Queens. They had my vehicle until September 15th. They delivered my vehicle to my Wife home on the 15th. I just purchase my vehicle less that 2 months prior them picking it up. I know every inch of my new car. I notice terrible damage to the front bumper and hood of my vehicle when I saw it. I took multiple pictures and summited to the company. I had to cal multiple times. They were very rude. They finally called me back almost 2 weeks later and stated that they will not fix anything. I know my vehicle and I know this is wrong... this company is not right and people need to know the truth.

    10/26 my car was towed from the belt because my alternator went out, i told them i do not have money for a tow and please can you just leave it parked at the next exit or drop it off at my mechanics shop. They refused they took it to there shop now the reason i didnt want this to happen cause my vehicle has no registration or title as it was brought in auction as is. I will pay the storage fees and tow fee but please let me get my car. ive put so much money into that car.

    On Tuesday, June 20, 2022, I had a truly horrific experience at Runway Towing Corp, located at ***********************************************************************************. I was rear ended on the ************ requiring an ambulance trip to the ** so my car had to be left behind and towed to a pound. While in the ** a police officer handed me the tow ticket with info that Runway Towing had my car. I called Runway when I got home from the hospital to confirm they had my car. They assuredly responded saying, yes, the silver Acura. I made arrangements to call them first thing in the morning about going to their lot to get it. The next morning I called to confirm again and to let them know I was on the way. When I got there, I presented my insurance info but needed to get registration from inside the car. I was directed to lot 2 where according to the office attendant, I would find my car. I walked to the lot and found the lot attendant who assisted me in locating the car but we could not find it and he told me he did not recall ever seeing the car. So my wife was able to email me the registration which I forwarded to the the Runway Towing office. I walked back to the office, and paid my **** of $238.00 which included a $50 storage fee for 2 days of storage. Then while I waited for them to locate my car and realizing they could not do so, I asked a Runway tow truck driver on the premises to drive me to the other lot at ***, which he did and we drove all around the lot and opened closed gates but did not see the car. We asked at the *** office and they said they had not seen the car and suggested calling dispatch to see which driver towed it. Now it is approaching 2 hours and no car. After being told they called dispatch and were waiting for dispatch to respond, dispatch finally called back to say that my car was in Brooklyn and would be there in 30 minutes. I was irate and at this point I had had it with them. Dispatch called back twice more to update me on the driver's progress, mention
