    I hire Wharton Exterminating Services for roaches on 08/04 /23. I paid $350.00.I was told by the technician ***********************, that I have a 45 days guarantee I was told he will come back to do any treatment need within that 45days at no cost.I call back two weeks later to ask for a retreatment, as the roaches were out of control, he came out and told I have to wait 30 days to apply any chemicals, he put some power and told to call in September for the retreatment because it was too soon to put down more chemicals so I trusted him and believed what he said. I call back on September 11th and request the retreatment as promised and was told by a lady and a gentleman who stated he is the owner, there is no retreatment I will have to pay.I ask for a work order and was told they dont give work order, I have no proof of the work that was done. I am requesting the retreatment as promise or a partial refund of my $350.00 , that I paid for a services that was incomplete.Thank you

    We are sorry to hear that you were displeased with our service. However, there are some incorrect points that were made in your complaint. *******, your initial treatment was August 4th, for $350 because you have an infestation of roaches, which means you will need more than one treatment. August 19th you were treated at no cost to you as a courtesy just in case the technician did not properly explain the next few steps. We do not offer guarantee for ***** infestation we offer monthly plans for $60, which I suggested and you said no. Im not sure where the number 45 came from because we do not offer any plans or guarantees for 45 days. We offer monthly, quarterly, or bi-yearly treatments. We ask that clients work with us by tidying up there space, limiting food that is left out, no dishes left in the sink etc which prolongs the eradication of roaches.

    In addition, we do offer work orders and provided them for both the initial treatment and the follow up free visit if you did not receive it and would like for us to send it again please let us know, thank you.
