    **************** is fantastic. I had an issue with the first unit I purchased. Right away they reached out to me and and replaced my unit with a new one. Very quick and responsive. Plus my new unit has been working ever since in perfect condition. Thank you guys!

    Exceptional **************** from beginning to end. I left a phone message on Sunday. By Thursday I received a replacement product. The customer service was unbelievable, from the initial telephone contact from the pleasant customer service representative, then the follow up emails with updates and shipment tracking information, right up to Thursday when I received my parcel, when once again customer service followed up with yet another email letting me know that the parcel was delivered at my place and requested that I contact them if there were any further issues. Wow this was by far the best customer service experience ever! Every business needs to take a page from truMedics customer service manual. I will definitely be recommending truMedic to family and friends. This is how to build a successful business. Thank you truMedic!!!

    I purchased the IS3000-PRO to provide relief for my elderly father's chronic muscle spasms. The features are more advanced than other portable massagers I've owned previously, specifically the multiple speeds and ability to change the direction of the Shiatsu mechanism.I also want to say their customer service was phenomenal in addressing a cosmetic issue with an immediate replacement.I recommend truMedic and their body massager to anyone seeking relief from muscle spasms or tightness!

    Truly thrilled with the customer service of this company! My back/neck massager was not able to connect to the charger after about a month of using and I waited a couple months to reach out to customer service thinking too much time had passed and it would be futile, BUT I did reach out finally because that is how much I missed using the massager and they offered to send a new one even after the amount of time that had passed. Not many companies would honor a warranty despite the faulty charger connection but TruMedic took full responsibility. I will definitely recommend TruMedic to friends and will buy from them again in the future. Thank you!!

    Support was amazing ****** was able to help diagnose my issue, gave me some troubleshooting tips and when they didnt work he shipped me a new part at no cost and fixed the issue right away. My MC-**** massage chair is now working like new.Thank you very much TruMedic support team.A very Happy and Satisfied customer.************

    I am beyond satisfied and quite frankly, am shocked by the support I received. Not only was a refund issued for the original, non-functional item I received, but a new replacement item was then sent to me at no charge. This is a company that stands by their product.
