    I am fed up with TradeWins publishing!! These selfish turds have been sending an unsolicited email subscription!! From *****!! Greedy and selfish is my belief of this criminal ***********************************************************************************

    TradeWins Publishing takes pride in our customer service and welcomes comments to help make improvements when needed. While there is no customer history in our system for *************** I did try to contact the phone number he provided and that is not a working number. No valid information including email was given in the complaint details. If more detailed information is needed please let me know. 

    Should ************** have any further questions or concerns, he can call our fulfillment center and provide his contact information so we can further assist him (also the phone number listed on his merchant statement) at ************.

    These people are scam artists. I purchased a book for $7. They sent me a PDF file of a pamphlet that was trying to upsell me to an expensive program. While checking my credit card statement I saw they charged me $45 for the book, but started charging me $39/mo. which I discovered when reviewing my credit card statements. I called and spoke to the rudest person I have ever encountered. She didn't even let me speak, told me I had subscribed to a service and called me a liar. I said I had not received any services from them and she told me I got an email each week from them. I backtracked 3 months of emails and the only thing I received from them were emails trying to upsell me a service and no useful information. I said all I got from them were crappy emails selling me stuff. She said if I was going to use profanity, she would terminate the call. I said I didn't use any and she said "we're done" and hung up. I called back to explain I did not mean to use any profanity and she told me she wasn't going to speak to me, don't call back, and we're done here. Clearly she knew they were busted and did not want to talk to me. These people are crooks.

    TradeWins Publishing takes pride in our customer service and welcome comments to help make improvements when needed. While customers are offered additional products on our website, they are not obligated to purchase anything else. On 4/12/2024 Customer placed the following order which included e-books and a subscription to the Newsletter. The Newsletter subscription renewed three times, 5/12, 6/12, 7/12. All products the customer purchased are fully refundable, and were refunded at his request. I refunded $39 x 3 (the renewals) + $45 (original order) = $162. He will receive a confirmation email for every refund processed. If more detailed information is needed please let me know.
