    The room I got was bot clean. I paid to stay 3days 2 nights had to give up a 105 dollar deposit an I drove almost 2 hours from home to stay in a nasty room. We were so tired after walking circles through the casino an hotel trying to find out how to get to our room that mind you several workers seen us lost an not one of them helped us instead we were laughed at an asked why we were walking in circles. Pretty unprofessional to me. Someone could have showed us to our rooms. My elderly uncle about had a breathing fit from walking all over this building for well over 45 mins. Then we get to the room an I spent another hour or better cleaning the room myself before we could get settled in. Finding garbage food in the refrigerator. As well as dirty towels under the edge of the bed. Dirty coffee cups. But finding pills in the bathroom behind the garbage was the biggest concern. I have no idea what they are but they don't belong to me or any one of my family members. An you can clearly tell the room has not been properly cleaned in a long time. There is dirt piles built up in the corners around the entire room. The tables an counter is got debri all over it
    So nothing had been sanitized or anything clearly. It's gross. An unprofessional an messed up because this place makes enough revenue that they can hire workers who actually do their job. This was my first time staying here an I was a little disappointed that it wasn't nearly as nice as I thought it would be. I'd like a refund of the 235 bucks I paid for the room an the 100 deposit I paid upon making the reservation.. an if I can't get that refunded back to my debit card I'd like a complimentary stay from my checkout date 7/9/24 to 7/13/23 or best they can acomidate.

    Thank you for your quick response to this matter. I know sometimes thing hapoe. An people get lazy. I appreciate the fact that ypu took the time to reach put to me quickly to resolve this matter. I'd love to stay again at this location. An I'm very appreciative of the fact that your company refunded me for my stay that was a amazing thing for you to have done. Maybe I can have another good stay in September 9-12 2024 for my Bachelorette party. That I still need a location for that. Do maybe if things work out I can book the casino for that... but thank.you have a wonderful day an God bless you all.

    On August 22 My GF and I called Seneca Allegany Casino and Hotel about restrictions and what's open and not and what's new well my Gf and I decided on August 23rd to go thier for My GF Birthday we took a bus to from Wellsville NY to Olean NY to Salamanca NY after we called the Casino a few times on the 23rd to clarify hotel Procedures and Bookings and pricing everything was going fine until they asked to see my Credit Card with my 100$ deposit fee and than it became a issue which my Gf and I never encountered at any other hotel ever .... Which we just went to 2 different ones since June of this Year with the same card for them to tell us of a new policy that was put into place 2 weeks ago and she has made a complaint with the higher ups her self to make a post on the website about no longer taking debit cards only bank cards which is a huge change to booking policy's my GF and I live 56.3 Miles from here with no vehicle for transportation and we walked all across town to get here after putting funds on my card to purchase the hotel stay and play package no offense extreme changes to policy's that can effect people significantly for hotel stays should have already had in place a new Effective date for this kind of change on the company Website now someone has to travel 112.6 miles to bring a physical bank card and here it is already 8 P.M ..... And we started our what we thought was a nice Birthday get away at 11:30 A.M on long bus rides and walking to get here for all this To Happen We our Very displeased and now out alot more money.....
