    I purchased a mattress at a Home Show from this company. They delivered unannounced and the mattress was delivered dirty. I was told they would not send me a replacement mattress but would send me a new mattress cover. That was over 3 weeks ago and I have not received it. They also charged me twice for the state sales tax. I send them my documentation and spoke with two representatives. They acknowledge that the tax was double charged and that they would refund. They did not do that so I had to file a dispute with my credit company to get my sales tax refund on 3/18/24 after multiple attempts to resolve on my own.

    Received a call from the cons. stating that since we sent the complaint the business has contacted her and they are going to resolve the issue but ordering the item she requested.

    I was sold a mattress and adjustable bed foundation in July 2023. I was told it should be delivered in about a week. After many calls and emails to the owner and several employees, delivery was finally made after over 5 weeks, in August 2023. In November 2023, the adjustable base stopped working. I followed the instructions for resetting it with no luck. The owner, after calling him several times, finally after a week, gave me the phone number for the manufacturer and aske me to work with them to resolve it. I had to do all the work of convincing the manufacturer that the item was defective. The manufacture mailed me new control boxes that I had to install myself. Then I had to do more troubleshooting with the manufacturer to finally get it working again. It was December 2023 before the unit was working again. In February 2024, the unit stopped working again and is still not working. I've exchanged repeated messages with the owner and the store, each time being promised callbacks and action but with no actual responses.

    I believe that I have been scammed. I feel that the owner of this business knows that he sold a defective item and has done very little other than stalling in order to resolve the issue in any way.

    I feel foolish for trusting this business. Even if I do not get any resolution, I want to warn other potential customers.
