      This is the best mental health service available. This business needs to be BBB A+ accredited. Fernanda was so helpful setting up my appointment for mental health care. She listened and went above and beyond to ensure i would be ok and understand my next steps. My therapist Erica Bess is the best therapist I've ever had. She listens and cares for my well-being and provides excellent support and advisory. This service has saved my life. I have had mental health issues my entire life and at 45 years old I'm finally getting the help I need. I can even text the app to my counselor ant time and she is always so quick to respond. She goes above and beyond helping me with my mental health issues. I always leave our sessions feeling relaxed and relieved. I hope I will be able to always use this service for the rest of my life. I give them 5 stars and hope they get the credit they deserve.

      My experience with the company has been extremely good for the most part. Considering how difficult it is to get medication management, the company provider I met with has mostly reasonably met my standards. Is she perfect? No. But that isn’t the company’s fault.
      Specifically, I would say I have a difficult case for an individual to handle seeing as I have a severe autoimmune disease that causes a lot of drug interactions.
      My only complaint is requiring therapy out or customers for medication management and second the long intake process. Specifically, they had a provider who was not covered under Medicaid do the intake. Luckily the company did a one time waiver. However, it’s very important to have providers doing intake that will be accepted by people’s insurance.
      Overall, the company isn’t perfect, but in a realm where health care is hard to come by, this is a legitimate company working its way through a difficult field.
