       Early February I called BBB about who they would recommend for a local mover. I was given name of ZONE.  I arrange - a moving dated 2/17 at a cost of $125. a hr for 2 men for 3 hr min. On 2/17, the owner, Malcdom M*****, arrived w/his brother, his wife driving a van & Michael D**** owner of truck. During the move ???, the owner toar a part my wing back chair which I did not know came apart! After ??? the owner said - that the change would be $155.00 not $125 as he had told me, and never deducted the 150.00 deposit from ????bill of 589. That night I noticed 2 things: one that the chair did not recline ??? & also my air peyer was not there. I called him the next day about it & he never returned my ans nor return my deposit of $150.-

    BBB spoke to Malcolm at the business and the following was relayed:

    The customer walked the air purifier out of the building herself, that was not us and it is on camera from the apartment building. Our prices our listed on our website and it is $155 per hour and $150 deposit. We worked for 4 hours and there was an additional $25 charge for each flight of stairs we had to bring the couch down. There were three flights of stairs so that was an additional $75, which the customer was informed of and agreed to prior to us moving the couch. The chair the customer is referring to is a recliner, which the back does separate. We took apart and wrapped and put back together when we arrived. There was nothing broken or damaged.

    We arrived at the customer's at 9 am and left at 1 pm. We provided the service, nothing was broken and we did not carry out the air purifier. Our rates are listed on our ********** ad and that is what the customer was charged.
